"Decent property overall, with excellent breakfast and dinner menus in the Citrus restaurant. Very courteous staff at the restaurant including Mr Virender and Mr Negi, and equally brilliant housekeeping. However, the staff at the front desk is a big let-down as they are mostly clueless about anything to do around the hotel or have to call in someone higher up all the time. Also could do with some smiles on their faces. An even bigger issue is they don't provide any meals or even a basic blanket...

"Terrible stay . Very poor service . some staffs are very rude . They called us around 10 am and told us to vacant the room at 11 am . When I asked them but your time of check out is 12 pm then how can you ask for check out. How can you talk to your guest like that then they told me we have 11 am check out rule. I show them Hotels.com app but here it’s reflecting 12 pm and I ask for one hour extension for check out then after lot of argument they allow us for two rooms instead of four rooms...

"The location looks good at first, but later feels just average. There is jungle right opposite and a village behind the property, which can cause some disturbance. A cattle shed adjoining the property sometimes causes a dung smell near the restaurant area, and a few dogs outside bark frequently. However, the deer calls at night and the 5 km jungle patch drive to reach the property, especially in the evening, are enjoyable.
