"We had a decent stay there. The room was large, comfortable, and centrally located to Busch Gardens. We had an issue with ants in the kitchen on the second or third day there, and they were able to move us to a new room. Was a bit inconvenient to pack up and move for the night, but I appreciated them not spraying chemicals when we have two small children. The biggest concern, which I knew from reading the other reviews, was the train that runs across the street, blowing its loud horn at all hours of the night. Depending on where you are situated on property really determines how much you'll hear it. They had a really nice pool area they seemed to be working on to get it open in time for Memorial Day, and a decent playground. I'd be interested in staying in one of the houses next time on property. It was a pleasant stay, and would probably stay there again if we had the opportunity."

"My room was alright, but my WiFi didn’t work the days I was inside, my tv went out each day, the faucet in the bathroom was loose, I did tell the front desk guy about it, didn’t have a lot of cold water to use, my stay was nice, I would come back, just need those little things to be taken care of, thank you"

"We visited for a mother daughter weekend to Williamsburg. Me and my mother. When we first arrived the lady at the front desk did not seem welcoming she seemed rather annoyed instead that she had to check us in. She watched us walk in the wrong direction to our room and said nothing. Her attitude did not change over the next 3 days. Other than that, the room was nice we were on the first floor. One day we went swimming in the pool. It was a bit cloudy but nice enough. The food we tried for dinner in the lobby one night was terrible but we should've known better than to have hotel food. I guess all in all I rank it 3 out of 5. Don't think I would stay here again."

"I loved my stay & will stay again when in the area. Not only was my suite itself ideal, but the location was great, being across the street from a 3-mile running/walking path that encircles a golf course. The hotel had a gym and laundry facility, which I’d have used if I stayed longer. The staff was friendly, even wishing me luck in my dance competition. The TV was easy to use and had lots of channels. It was great in all aspects!"
