"An older hotel but the rooms have been redone. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. Had a very nice lake view . The room had been updated but they did miss a few things ( some baseboard, some paint. ) The room needed a good dusting as there were cobwebs . The deck had a patio chair and cushion but it was moldy from being left outside. Room had a fridge, microwave and French press coffee maker which was nice. The outside has not been kept up unfortunately as it could be very nice"

"This was such a great place to stay. Nicole and Nacho have done a wonderful job with this vintage building. Everything you need is available to you. The room was so wonderful and paid a lot of attention to detail and even though you’re in a small space, it doesn’t feel small. Also the breakfast bar is full of nice items and homemade goodies- nice way to start your day. Keurig and kettle in your room with assortment of coffees and teas. Honestly just pure joy in this room. Also the whole building was immaculate and is truly a gem."

"I stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed it. The hotel is under renovations so no elevator. But a/c worked great in the room and my room was fully renovated with everything being new. It was a great experience for me and my partner overall and I loved the covered indoor parking in downtown kenora!"
