"Lovely setting and hotel beautiful but needing attention to some areas. Staff not that helpful except for in the bar and restaurant where they were very nice. Bedroom well appointed but had to make up sofa bed ourselves which was a surprise for an expensive hotel. Outdoor pool lovely, indoor spa facilities limited. Gym ok."

Decent continental breakfast. Great location. Rooms are decent, no heat lamps in the bathroom which is surprising in an environment that gets so cold most of the year. "

"Hotel is decent but for events is insane that they want to charge like if they are 5 stars hotel. Parking was easy but kinda weird that theres a lot of people sleeping at night by the halls, by the stairs. Which was a bit concerning for safety wise. The stairs had trash, it could be more clean "
