Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort, communication

Property not clean and broken hot tub

Our house wasn’t cleaned before 4pm and the hot tub was not working. We were moved to another property without all the amenities and facilities we paid for. The linens smelled of perfume and not cleaned. We didn’t have enough towels and had to wash after one shower. When I called cool cabins and asked for a refund they didn’t want to communicate with me. They refused to refund me any amount of money.
