"In 11 days room cleaning was only done once . Staff roode and not helping at all. Always playing with there's phones . I requested room cleaning after 5 days but not been done till day 9. Will not reccomend to anyone to stay in this hotel."

No information about the major street works which shook the building before 7am. Horrendous noise. Wouldn’t have booked this hotel if known"
