"We arrived at Vila Nika to discover that it had been booked already but the owner gave us a room in the Boutique Cosmopolis situated opposite. The view was much prettier, we could see the sunset on the sea, it was beautiful. However there was no kitchenette so we struggled a fair bit in terms of cleaning cups/spoons/etc where we had to use the sink in the bathroom. "The best apartment I've stayed in Really clean, comfy beds, lovely bathrooms Couldn't fault it. Great location for beach and restaurants, the pancake cafe was our favourite. No supermarket that close if you're walking. Great roof terrace with hot tub overlooking the sea !!!"

"Sehr moderne Anlage. Abbildung auf der Internet-Seite ist total veraltet. Mittlerweile wurde ein komplett neuer größerer komplex davor gebaut. Sehr nahe an den von uns gebuchten. Keine Privatsphäre da alle Balkone zueinander schauen. Möbel und Auflagen total verschmutzt. Extremer Schimmelbefall an der Decke des Bades."

"A beautiful hotel. A close walk to Old Town. The breakfast is wonderful. Staff very friendly. The owner was always present and asking if everything was OK. Highly recommend this hotel when visiting Zadar. he owner was on site "

"Zur Info vorab, nach unserem Besuch wird das Resort Ganz oder teilweise für Renovieruns und Sanierungs arbeiten für ca ein halbes Jahr geschlossen, dass konnte ich nicht so ganz rauslesen. Ansonsten einige Auswahlmöglichkeiten an Essen, Karten Übersetzung für deutsch etwas überarbeitungsbedürftig. Was ich schade finde das man für Liege und Schirm bezahlen soll. Das hätte man für Appartment Gäste sicherlich kostenlos machen können. Ansonsten konnten wir uns nicht beklagen. "

"It was a nice property, because it has a lot of different activity opportunities so that you never get bored. Moreover the whole place was really clean, so you always felt comfortable. Also the staff was really nice and welcoming, that we felt really special! Overall we would recommend this hotel very much!"

"The hotel is gorgeous and we loved our room and the pool was warm and lovely. It was difficult to get servied at the pool so we ended up just doing it ourselves. We ordered room service for dinner one night and the food was less than average which is surprising for a hotel of this calibre. We had some great meals in the old town of Zadar which was an easy walk away."

"Nice property very clean and quiet area lovely pool and comfortable beds. Quite a way from old town and beach 30-35 mins walk but used bolt to taxi back on an evening. Zadar is a lovely place very enjoyable holiday."

"Sehr schöne und gepflegte Anlage und hervorragendes Essen. Der Poolbereich hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen. Sveti Filip ist jedoch ein sehr kleiner Ort; wer Zadar oder einige schönere Strände sehen möchte muss mit dem Auto fahren."

"This property was beautiful, and the location was ideal. It was beautifully decorated, it was comfortable, and it met all our needs. The parking is a bit tricky, so be careful where you park. We did get a ticket for parking somewhere overnight that we weren't supposed to, but the fine was only 20 euros which we paid at the post office (walking distance). Be careful where you park! We were very happy with this property and would use it again."
