"The staff here are amazing. Nice enough to send someone to the train station at 4 am to pick me up and give me a room to nap for a bit even before my official check in time. Restaurant is nice too with incredible views of the fort.

"There were no quilt covers on the duvets. Blankets on the beds. Not keen on hygiene of blankets so had to sleep in my clothes. Breakfast fairly poor and dirty table cloths. Staff friendly however."
"I had checked late in night and it was very hard to wake them up for check-in. Neither their was any bell to ring nor contact number were picked. After knocking door several time they opened the door and i was checked in"

"This hotel was incredible. The room was a comfortable size, beautifully decorated. The bed and pillows were so comfy. The pool was refreshing and a most welcome pleasure. Views of the huge fort looming above, while we are in the restaurant, were like something from a movie. The boys in the upstairs restaurant were so sweet and made absolutely delicious food. The concierge was very friendly and efficient and even gave us a ride back on his motor bike when he passed us walking back :)
Over all a great location in a fabulous city. I've seen many Indian towns and cities and Jaisalmer would be up there as one of my favourite."
"Absolutely stunning part palace part hotel. Stayed on the Golden Suite which had comfy double bed and separate small sitting room. Close to the fort. Lovely rooftop restaurant and separate breakfast room. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful."
