"Staff was not knowledgeable about what was required at the check-in and kept blaming Expedia for the goof ups. I arrived late night on the day of my check-in and had some senior citizens with me and they would not let us check-in bcos one of the 5 guests did not have Adhar card with them. I had my Drivers license, Passport copy and also my Pan card and they insisted they needed my Adhar card only and at that point we insisted that if they wanted anything specifically they should have listed that...
