"The staff were great but the hotel itself was a bit tired. The deck had a nice view of the sea but the housekeeping could have been better. No towels in the room when we arrived and we had to ask for them. It was just ok"

"Bonjour à tous, suite à notre réservation pour nos musiciens, nous avons demandé à prendre les lieux à 14h30 au lieu de 17h confirmez par la réception la veille. Le jour de notre arrivée le responsable nous dit que pas possible est que son personnel était pas prêt avant les 17h. Un Acceuil exécrable du responsable de cette établissement que je déconseille vivement !! Le message est passé au cap agde . "

"Notre séjour même cours s’est très bien passé. La dame à l’accueil pour l’enregistrement a été adorable et très souriante. Nous venions pour l’anniversaire de mon fils. "The reception tried her best to fulfill my request and was friendly. I forgot to put the sign of do not disturb so the housekeeper did a good job cleaning. I thought it would have been cleaned only when i put the sign to ask for housekeeping. The ventilation of other rooms seemed no working so I smell when the neighbors were cooking. To sum up, a good value for a business traveler who cares about budget."
