Vous reviendrez pour plus d'appréciation, en abordant ma présente phrase dans un "appartement" avec une salle de bain qui comprend une baignoire, pour l'étonnement à l'arrivée, la salle de bain avait une douche et non baignoire. C'est alors que j'avais demandé dans mes recherches, un hôtel avec baignoire, une de mes deux exigences ! J'ai ensuite été placé dans une résidence séparée de l'hôtel, ce qui signifiait qu'il n'y avait pas d'équipes de nettoyage qui faisaient le ménage pendant la journée, tous les jours. Donc, pour un séjour de 3 nuits, je n'avais qu'un seul rouleau de papier toilette pour ces jours-là pour deux personnes, et une serviette pour chacune pour ces jours-là.À mon avis, la gestion est très lacunaire à cet égard. Si vous en salissez une, vous devrez payer pour demander un autre jeu de serviettes de bain, ce qui est choquant. Sinon, à part cette gestion du nettoyage et de l'entretien des résidences, j'adore l'hôtel, c'était la deuxième fois que j'y allais et je compte y retourner, mais ce ne sera plus pour une résidence, mais oui pour une chambre d'hôtel, le prix est pratiquement identique et je n'ai pas à me soucier du ménage et de tout le reste.

Cadre agréable est calme, verdoyant et très bien entretenu. Belle piscine, les logements sont bien équipés, parking permettant d'accueillir de nombreux véhicules en toute sécurité et gratuit. Min datter og 2 af mine børnebørn havde et skønt dobbelt værelse endda med køjesenge. De eneste vi synes er at altanen er for lille, men 2 stole og et bord der næsten ikke kunne være der, når der faktisk er plads til 6 personer.

You advertised this hotel as 4 star well it’s not 4 star it would be lucky to be 1 star We were told on arrival that we would have to clean our own rooms. And if we wanted the towels or bed linen changed we would have to pay 10 euros a day for that service and when we said how do we clean the rooms they charged 40 Euros for supplying a broom a bucket and mop and a hover. Oh and when we opened the room NO AIR CONDITIONING 4 star hotel JOKE ,,

I’m trying to be balanced here as the cost nightly was not bad but I didn’t enjoy this as much as I thought for these reasons: 1. There was no AC and sure it will have said this and I’ve missed this but made it uncomfortable 2. My room wasn’t cleaned perfectly. It was bad but a urine drop on the toilet was not great for example. 3. Check in on Saturday is understandably very busy but I waited a long time also. 4. Noise with window open of music distantly and guests was annoying but it was a busy summer time 5. Balcony’s are close and felt I was too close to neighbours to enjoy but aware this can’t be altered 6. Towels and linen not best quality Overall it wasn’t the best but wasn’t the worst. Hope this info is useful.

Tres tres bon séjour

Equipe d’accueil très sympatique et reactive bien que ma réservation ai été faite à la dernière minute (1h avant mon arrivée). Séjour au calme situé à 2 min à pied de la mer (plage Rochelongue). Commerce restaurants à proximité moins de 10 min à pied (Mail de rochelongue) ou 6 min en voiture du centre commercial Hyper U Agde. Le seul point négatif (indépendant de l’établissement) les jeunes qui mettent leur musique a la piscine et les gens qui fume leur cigarette à la piscine bien que cela soit interdit. Sinon séjour parfait.

Très bon séjour

Bon séjour au mois de mai. La piscine était chauffée et heureusement! Nous avons pu en profiter, les enfants étaient ravis! Le restaurant était fermé à cause du COVID mais il à l'air très sympa. L'appartement était fonctionnel avec le minium d'équipement pour cuisiner quelques jours. L'établissement est situé à 100m de la plage, c'était parfait! Nous avons apprécié ce séjour.

Die Anlage ist relativ neu daher in Ordnug. Habe halbes Jahr vor gebucht und eine Zimmer für Behindete bekommen habe .Was nicht schlim ist ,mir fällte aber ein Kleiderschrank.Ich lebte zwie Wochen aus dem Koffer. Nach 2 tage habe ich gesehen das alle ein Ventilator haben.(In Apartamets keine Klimaanlage)muste hinter her fragen und dann hab doch ein bekomen den ich mir aleine zusamen bauen muste(neu in Karton). In Trepenhaus und Flur wurde 2 Wochen nicht geputz abgestelte Müllsecke keiner räumt weg.Da ich mein Zimmer selber putzte war die sauber als der Flur .Abend ist Rezeption nicht besezt.Keiner dem mann ansprechen konte.Unnd das in Juli hoch Seson. Ich glaube mann hat an Personal gespart. Ein mal in Nacht gegen 3 sind mehr als 10 Betrunkene junge Männer an Poll gewesen.war laut .Keiner hat reagiert ja war ja keiner da .Nicht mal ein Wachmann .Ne das geht nicht. Ins gesamt war gut aber bestimt nicht super.

C'est un hotel sympas d'aspect car propreté de la chambre moyen, arrivé à 18h pour prendre la chambre, le lit était toujours pas fait , et le pire pour une chambre à 150 euro la nuit pas de clim, donc on peux dire séjour moyen.

Cadre magnifique, hôtel agréable cependant j’ai été déçu de la qualité des services à mon arrivée car il n’y avait ni draps, ni serviettes de toilettes dans la chambre. Obligée d’aller deux fois à la réception pour les demander...pour un hôtel dit « prestige » et avec 4 étoiles c’est dommage de devoir faire son lit soit même! Sauna payant non dit dans l’annonce à la réservation.
