"Really good value hotel,I stayed for 3nighte at birmingham budget hotel and was excellent value for money,I am not a fan of cooked breakfast so the lighter the better and this was coffee juice toast and cereal what more do want,the room was very clean the shower was really warm and spacious and very clean the bed was good and also clean well done ps reception staff where amazing as well"

"For the price which compares favourably with a premier inn - the holiday inn express in Birmingham city centre proved a nice surprise and excellent value - all you can eat breakfast, complementary hot chocolate, coffee, tea throughout day and night, the bar was open until 1am, helpful staff. Modern clean rooms. 5mins walk into the city centre. Will probably book again when visiting Birmingham."

"Great modern hotel in central Birmingham. Has a small spa on site which you can use at a discounted rate as a guest. Was surprised to see there wasn’t a pool there but other facilities you can use. You can’t prebook the spa which is a shame, only hope there’s availability on the day. We had an issue with the drainage in our room, however once notified, staff were efficient at relocating and upgrading us for the inconvenience. I found staff to be very polite and attentive. Perfect location for wandering down to the bullring too. Also as a Starbucks onsite!"

"Stayed here for 2 nights as we had a concert at the Utilita Arena! Only a 10 minute walk if that to the Utilita Arena, and 15 minutes to the bullring and other areas located within Birmingham City Centre! We stayed in a one bedroom apartment , it was very well maintained and clean! The hotel uses an app which also has the feature of messaging and speaking to a member of staff on reception if this is needed during the stay! All staff we interacted with were pleasant and very helpful!"
