"Our suite with city view was great and air-conditioning worked well. Hotel clean and left us a bottle of fizz, chocolate and a card for our anniversary which was very sweet. Only complaint was breakfast. Tbh it was poor, sausage and bacon hard and everything cold including the coffee. Disappointed as wasn't cheap. Save paying for brekkie and go to whetherdpoons lol! Other than that was great with very accommodating staff."

"Overall Rating: 4/5 We stayed at the hotel on Sunday evening with my wife, daughter and granddaughter and, overall, had a very enjoyable stay. The hotel is excellent, well maintained, and within easy walking distance of the city centre, making it a great base for visiting Birmingham. We arrived on Sunday morning and had breakfast at the hotel before heading to the theatre. The breakfast was very good, and the service at that time was excellent. Unfortunately, our experience at breakfast on Monday morning was quite different. We had to ask several times for milk for our tea, and all four breakfasts arrived only lukewarm. We also had to repeatedly remind staff about items we had ordered, as it seemed requests were being forgotten. In the end, we had to seek assistance from another member of staff to get everything we needed. There appeared to be a lack of organisation and communication within the breakfast team that morning."
