"It was a good hotel to spend time with my granddaughter! The pool was nice - clean with a shallow end for her to play in. The breakfast was good with choices for a 3 1/2 year old and even a book rack for reading books to her! Nice seating area in the lobby and outside too. I would definitely go back!"

"Cute little lodge . The front desk is open only 9 to 5. Provisions are made for coming and going after hours. Parking is directly behind the building. Free 8pm to 8am . 50 cents an hour otherwise. Easy to pay with app. Location is convenient for theaters and restaurants. You can walk everywhere. Hotels in this area are very high priced and this one is no exception, but a little less than the big chains. We therefore chose the least expensive room with a king bed as we were staying only 1 night...

"The Bell Inn provides a fabulous stay for travelers. We stayed on the third floor and our room was huge, the size of a small studio apartment. It was beautifully decorated. The bathroom was very large and was lovely. We had been on the room 2 weeks and the bed was the most comfortable bed we slept in the entire trip.
We went down to the tavern on the patio to have dinner and joined Music Bingo. We had a wonderful time (thanks, Maria!), won a round, and our Caesar salad was comped.

Breakfast choices were reasonable for a continental breakfast
Beds were comfortable but our room was in the process of being renovated
Staff was helpful
NEGATIVES:
- The property is a MOTEL (not a hotel) and this is clearly stated on the sign leading to the property
- There is NO RESTAURANT on site despite the Expedia ad saying there is
- The motel is located next to a very busy highway on one side and a much quieter street on the other. Our room was on the busy highway side...

The hotel was very nice and everyone was really helpful. The only thing that we did not expect if that you can't drive on the street in front of the hotel for a few blocks. And there is limited parking anywhere near the hotel. We ended up parking in a parking garage several blocks from the hotel. For one night, the parking was over $20.00."

"I’m guessing the A/C was not working. So to fix the issue, a portable floor A/C was wheeled in which ran all night long with a tremendous noise. Definitely not a good sleep. Now check out is at 11am. We’re five people deep to checkout because the hotel is allowing guests to check their luggage in before they can get into hotel at 4pm. Not well planned from our perspective. Hotel has been great in previous stays. Maybe this was an anomaly"
