"The room was okay, the bed was dirty the floors not great either. The fridge stunk !! I booked a room, upon arrival i was informed my bed was already sold to someone else and was forced to pay an additional fee for an upgrade as that was all that was available. Was told it's that or cancel the booking even though the email stated no refunds !! I had roaches running around and felt stuff crawling on me. Never again !! R550 paid for a terrible night of little sleep and i could not even eat or drink anything before washing dishes first. Never again "

"We really liked Glow Boutique Suites. It was slightly outside of Hermanus which would have been good to know prior to booking. But we didn't regret our choice. We would definitely return. Thanks Ron and Co.. "
