"Excellent breakfast "

"The hotel and furniture looks outdated. It is in need of a severe upgrade. The cleanliness of our room was questionable and the carpet looked dingy. Our toilet had to be repaired. The elevator was out of commission for several hours. My husband is a heart patient. As a result of the elevator being repaired he was forced to walk up several flights of stairs to our room. I was also charged two different rates for our hotel stay. "

"Upon arriving at the property, it looked relatively clean and presentable. When we got to the room on the other hand, there was dirty Q-tips and miscellaneous items behind the furniture and under the bed. Good morning we got ready to leave. We check in the refrigerator. Make sure we didn’t leave anything in it and there was a bag of marijuana in the freezer not to mention of roaches everywhere. So if you wanna go get carried away in a sonic boom high roaches, this is a place to stay."

"There is a chasing aces on the property they would seem to be a lot of fun. Didn't have time to try it out. Did eat there and the food was great. Helpful staff. Next trip will have to try ir out."

"We had stayed at a different hotel the night before (when this location was sold out) and it was less than ideal. We were welcomed from the moment we stepped on the Marriott property and took away so much stress from what had been a pretty hectic arrival into Shreveport. Mercedes at the front desk was absolutely amazing in helping get our room prepared and secured early for us, answer questions and making sure we had everything we needed. "this is a safe feeling area for the down town location. we loved the furnished kitchen and full refrigerator -and the breakfast was excellent! lots of parking -even for our trailers. "

"The check-in staff was very kind, everything else was disappointing. All towels had holes in them, the furniture was mixed matched. All the "fixed" places on the walls wete very obvious. Definitely needs to be updated."

"The property has outdated pictures and an incorrect property year. It states that the property was built in 2016 but it should retain the original date and not the date it changed ownership. The curtains were not hanging properly over the window. The lighting in the bathroom is very poor. Bedding was not as pictured. Very deceiving."

"Located in an excellent area, business offices nearby, the outside of the building was nicely landscaped, appearing to hold a promise for a great stay. However, once inside, it quickly disappoints. The hallways had dehumidifiers, along with scent diffusers. Once in the room, I fully understood: musty odor, old stained carpet, the entire building needs a thorough deep cleaning inside & out. Stay if you must, we try 2 different rooms they both smelt bad. "
