"Everything was great, the only issue we have every time we stay is that breakfast area is always overcrowded and we have to wait quite a while for a table and for the food to be restocked. If the area was bigger and more staffed there would be a much quicker turnaround and less waiting time for guests. We often stand in line for up to half an hour to fill a plate and then another half hour for a table. It’s tough for families especially as kids get impatient and our food gets cold while waiting for a table or waiting for items to be restocked. Otherwise everything is excellent here"

"I came from a social like many of the people staying at the hotel. I was first to complain about overnight at 2:00am to about 4:00am. The reception guy did his best but he handled it 5 times and couldn't solve the problem. Offered to call police but he said he would have to evacuate to whole floor. The young people on the top floor (my floor) were drunk and loud, running and stomping across the hallway from end-to-end. We barely had sleep at all. Horrible stay. I wasn't the only one complaining either. "

"Incredibly clean, comfortable beds, and beautiful building. Definitely recommend for a relaxing gat away. No one was there for check-in and we did not receive the code for access - we had someone that was staying at there let us in. "
