Not a big deal but…there was no breakfast food at 9:40am and the gal was mopping the breakfast area closing it up and was rude when I asked if more food would be brought out. If you are going to start to charge additional for your amenities, at least have them available. Not cool Holiday Inn. Not cool. "

"We always love coming here!! It’s a little dated but still our favorite place to go. The pool and hot tub are always clean, the amenities are perfect for families and you’re close to everything. Our only complaint would be that the person who checked us in was less than pleasant and a bit difficult. She attempted to tell us that we couldn’t check in because I booked the room and my partner was paying and since the card didn’t match the booking that we couldn’t check in (we were there with our 8 year old child). After a little back and forth we were finally able to check in. With that said, this will still be our go to spot."
