"i booked a king sized bed but the room i got was a twin-bedded room. but housekeeping came to join the beds together. the phone did not work at first. there were no plug points in the room except for near the bed head board. strange. we (yes, me included!) had to move the sofa to use the hidden plug point. liquid soap at the sink smells awful"

"We loved our stay here. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and assist us. "We booked a one BR Apartment for a family of 4 including 2 kids (5 yo). The apartment and the bathroom was spacious and fully equipped. The sofa bed in the living room converted to a pull out bed (unfortunately it is the most uncomfortable bed for 2). The location of the hotel is excellent, with 2 minutes walk to the famous Arbat Street. There are plenty of supermarkets around, with a huge Magnum store just across the road in Lumier building. "
