"A beautiful hotel in the traditional zakopane style and perfectly located. The buffet breakfast was excellent with a large selection and high quality food. Gorgeous pool and spa. Would love to come back in the winter time!"

"Amazing modern hotel in a great quiet location. A five minute walk to the main shopping area. Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff were superb, very helpful and polite. Strong WiFi signal. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options and the restaurant provided tasty meals. Plus I was given a takeaway lunch when I checked out. Cannot fault this hotel. I definitely recommend this hotel."

Die Zimmer sind B&B typisch eingerichtet, wer in einem dieser Häuser schon übernachtet hat, kennt die Ausstattung. "I loved the location of the hotel. It was a walking distance to downtown and other landmarks, including Kasprowy gondola. The hotel has a nice buffet restaurant and the swimming pool. Staff was very friendly and clean rooms."

We were told it would be repaired after 3:30 pm that day. "Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage, ist ruhig und gepflegt. Leider gibt es keine Klimaanlage in den Zimmern. Es werden Lüfter bereit gestellt. Frühstückszeiten nur von 7:30-10 Uhr, zum wandern etwas spät. Sonst ist das Hotel gut."

"The rooms look better online than in real life. I didn't like sleeping on two twin mattresses pushed together - even the sheets don't fully fit. Both the bathroom sink and the shower do not drain properly - so I showered in a puddle of water. Bathroom sink also leaks underneath. Construction is currently happening so beware of a lot of dust/dirt while walking to and from the main road.
