"Did not appreciate a separate bathroom from our bedroom. We booked 12 months in advance and I am sure that I would not have booked if I had noticed that. Our room was situated at the top of the stairs which meant other guests walking past possibly as you were heading to have or return from a shower. Our room could also be seen from a public area (a small corridor from the main bar to the beer garden) which is not good especially for a woman. The hosts went out of their way to find us...

Pleased to have a kettle and coffee available in the room for the morning. As others commented the bathroom plumbing was very noisy, with drainage smells apparent. "
