There was fresh fruit in the room on arrival. The staff were very cheerful and helpful and a total pleasure. The breakfast in the attached restaurant was superb. Breakfast was good but the lounge didn't really offer any food to go with a drink after a long day, which would have been nice. It's in an old building, so the bathroom layout was a little non-standard, but all the fixtures were modern and worked great. The lobby is very small, as is the elevator (our group of 3 with suitcases had to split into 2 rides), but it all works. The staff was cheery and helpful when we checked in, for the one or two other questions we had. They offered us candies every time we interacted with them. The hotel was in a great location, just a few minutes walk from all the sightseeing spots we were there for. On-site parking was a plus too."
