Mantra Berrimah hotels

"The check in process was terrible. Took forever, had to park my car in a bus parking area, then had to conduct a u turn in amongst traffic and go around the block to find the hotel parking. Staff forgot to give me code for parki g and my room number. Our room however was great as is the location of the hotel"

"The Staff at front desk were very helpful and nice. They went out of their way to assist when we left an important item behind to post to us safely. We really appreciated the effort they went to for us. "
