"A hidden gem tucked away in a sweet little Swiss French village. These waters are incredibly healing and the staff at the hotel was very friendly and accommodating. The location is wonderful, between two mountains and there are saunas, hammans, jacuzzis, massage jets and so much more. I loved my stay at the hotel and it was quiet and serene. "From the minute we arrived, the staff was helpful and friendly. We were able to store our bags and check in a few hours early. The room was gorgeous and had a mini bar in the room with plenty of options for tea and coffee. The bathroom was clean with all amenities of soap, shampoo, heated towels,bathrobe and slippers. "Hotel Victoria is a great choice for a stay while visiting Montreux. We had a junior suite and the balcony view was spectacular. The restaurant has 5-star quality food and service. The hotel staff were fantastic. We would definitely stay there again."

"Beautiful large room overlooking lake Geneva. Right across the road from the metro, 2 stops into Lausanne gare. The window blinds blacked the room out at night which is perfect for me. Room was always cleaned, water restocked. The drinks were extremely pricey, 2 250ml bottles of Coke, circa £14! Customer service was spot on, shower was excellent and so too the spa/pool/sauna/steam room. Would highly recommend a visit!"
