"We love love loves this hotel! It was quiet and right on the lake so we had beautiful views, but super convienent to downtown Interlaken. The family room was incredibly spacious and the breakfast buffet every morning was terrific. Would absolutely stay here again!"

"The room did not have air conditioning, and when we opened the window, mosquitoes, flies, and even a spider came inside because there were no window screens. There was no fan or iron available for clothes. The shared kitchen had an unpleasant smell. The pillows are extremely thin and uncomfortable, my son woke up with neck pain because of the pillow, and his neck has been hurting for hours. "I got a lakeview room, and it was THE nicest view that I had in my entire stay in Switzerland. The room was spacious and very comfortable. I wish I'd spent more time at this location, as there is so much to see in the area. The restaurant only served non-alcoholic wine, which I thought was a bit strange."
