"Overall the hotel was good. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable and the location great. We were disappointed in our instructions for catching the shuttle and therefore could not find it and had to Uber it from the airport. We were also disappointed with the breakfast. We paid extra for this but they ran out of food, dishes, drinks etc."

"Hotel des Arts is a great choice when planning a trip to Paris. First off, the hotel is great at communicating before your stay. There is always someone at reception 24/7. The hotel itself is spotlessly maintained with artistic flourishes throughout. Less than 50 yards away down the hill are many very nice cafes and restaurants. As is the case with many downtown boutique hotels, the rooms are small, but they are very attractive, well provisioned and immaculate. We loved our stay here. I think you will too."

"The hotel was located not far from metro and bus stops just outside of Paris, have quite a few shops within walking distances, if you want groceries or eating out etc.. staff where friendly and hotel was well maintained. Only downside was lack of selection at breakfast was was a bit repetitive, need to have more fruits for breakfast other than just orange for juicing. Maybe hash brown as example and salad like tomatoes and lettuce. Otherwise Good place to stay"
