The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. It was really nice that they offered free tea, coffee and water options. Despite our 1 night stay, we were very satisfied. I would definitely recommend.

Close to the main station and not from the Old Town. We were able to check-in early at no extra charge.

Hotel Bären Am Bundesplatz
This is a legitimate 2-star hotel. Whoever qualified it for a 4-star hotel made a joke. To start with, there is no refrigerator in the room. Not even a tiny one. The bedding is another joke. A pillow is about 3 cm (a little over an inch) thick, with nothing but lumps inside. I had to ask for 2 more ...
