"Rooms were clean. Staff was excellent and knowledgeable. Breakfast and all food at the resort was excellent. The outdoor pool was nice but cold. The ocean and private beach was awesome! Plenty of lounge chairs for everyone and servers catered to everyone on the beach for drinks and food. Wonderful experience! We will definitely make this a regular place to visit.

"The worst customer service we have ever experienced at a resort. The property itself is fabulous, but unfortunately, the service was so poorly managed that we would never return.
We had an oceanfront room directly in front of a wedding, which we had absolutely no issue with. However, the band was so excessively loud that our entire room vibrated for hours. When we raised the issue, the hotel showed virtually no concern and made no meaningful effort to accommodate us.
