"Had all the basics that were needed. Check in was quick and easy. Parking was extremely tight and quite difficult. Our room was clean, tidy, and had all the basics amenities. The bed felt a bit springy for us but alright if you are staying for just a quick night. We had a hard time with the AC, it just turned off from 2 AM to 5AM and the room became very hot so it was hard to fall back asleep. "The building is beautiful from the outside, but it is in desperate need of maintenance and renovation on the inside. The only positive aspects of my stay were the breakfast buffet, which was excellent, and the housekeeping staff. The cleaning team did an outstanding job and kept the rooms clean and well maintained throughout my stay. Overall, despite a few positive points, I would not consider this a true four-star hotel and would not choose to stay here again."

"Lovely hotel. Very easy to travel around Bilbao on the metro. The metro station is a very short walk from the hotel and only 1 stop to the old town. Hotel pool was a great plus after hot day of tourism. My only criticism would be that there weren't enough beds and umbrellas in the pool area. A few chairs would be great too."
