"This is the most amazing hotel. The staff are delightful, the welcome drink we chose was a very nice white wine from the local area. The hotel has a metro card ready for you to take to travel into the city. The pool was cool but the views amazing. The room was out of this world. His and hers showers. A sofa. A huge bed. The food in the bar was great and the breakfast was very well stocked. We would have got rid of the canned background music, covers of pop songs was less than exciting for such a...

"It was difficult to get a coffee in the breakfast area, which is the only place you can get brewed coffee. Also the view of the Guggenheim from the room was non existent and we paid extra for that. Otherwise it’s a good hotel in a good location with parking across the street"

"The building is beautiful from the outside, but it is in desperate need of maintenance and renovation on the inside. The only positive aspects of my stay were the breakfast buffet, which was excellent, and the housekeeping staff. The cleaning team did an outstanding job and kept the rooms clean and well maintained throughout my stay. Overall, despite a few positive points, I would not consider this a true four-star hotel and would not choose to stay here again."
