The room was clean, staff at the bar was very nice! The sauna in the morning wasn’t working but at night when I came back was working. It says there’s laundry service, but it’s not self service. You have to send out and it’s only on mondays. It also says here they have shuttle to the airport but ...

Hotel Riu Plaza Berlin
Room very clean. However under the bed was slightly dusty. Nothing severe. Staff were friendly and approachable. I didn’t use the gym or laundry.
