"This was one of the best hotels we've ever stayed at. Very easy to access, clean and spacious rooms, well appointed with everything we needed. We had a car and had easy access to parking. Very short ride to A5 and walking distance to all the sites in old town Heidelberg. 100% would stay there again."

"It was a nightmare trying to communicate prior to my stay. I booked 2 rooms for 2 adults and 2 children. I was told when I booked that I would need to wait until closer to stay to request rooms close to each other. There is no representative at location so all communication is via email or one time we phoned and the woman was very rude. "Check-in procedure was a nightmare. After an hour of trying and failing to make the self-check in work, I was lucky to see an employee of the hotel and banged on a window to get their attention, or I might have been sleeping in my car that night. Hotel is down a dirt road past a junk yard and seemed really sketchy. Absolutely terrible experience - stay away!"
