"Es una habitación limpia pero MUY PEQUEÑA para una familia, el espacio es súper reducido, el personal cuenta con horario de atención limitado que impide resolver dudas por lo que se complica un poco la atención. El desayuno es bueno pero al no haber personal, la información es limitada"

"Wir waren für einen Kurztrip in Como für 2 Nächte im Hotel! Das Hotel liegt zwar außerhalb aber ein paar Meter neben dem Hotel ist eine Bushaltestelle und man kommt gut in die Stadt! Der Bus unterstützte Swipe on Lake. Mein Auto stand in der kostenlosen Tiefgarage. Wallboxen waren vorhanden, die wir aber nicht genutzt haben! Auch ein Supermarkt ist nebenan! Das Zimmer und Balkon waren ausreichend groß! TV, Kühlschrank und Safe waren vorhanden! Wichtig, es gibt keine Schlüsselkarte! Man...

"The first night was stressful because so many ants were in our room. The night reception staff offered to change the room because they couldn't do anything at night, and we had to move to a slightly smaller room with a family in the middle of the night. The lady at the reception with glasses- unfortunately, I didn't get her name- was very friendly, professional and helped us with directions to go to Milan Central.
