"Avoid property under this host. They requested a deposit paid before check-in via bank transfer because there wouldn’t b any front desk for check-in. That was fine. And it stated it would do deposit refund 7 days after check-out with no damage reported. I checked out 5th April, so far no one contacted me regarding any damage found. And I have provided my bank account details for refund on 11th April. But they never responded. Today is 21st April already. I have contacted hotels.com and they said...

"DO NOT BOOK! Security deposit scam.
This property requires a security deposit but refuses to refund it upon departure, even though the room was left spotless and in its original condition. The owner completely ignores all follow-up calls and messages. I have contacted Expedia customer support to request a full investigation and to have this fraudulent property removed from their platform. Please avoid this place to save your money."
