"Fantastic stay at Boarding House for myself and my two teenagers. Spotlessly clean, the apartment (Deluxe Studio 2) had everything we needed. 10 minutes walk to the supermarket and Bayerisch Gmain train station. Lovely walks around the local area and a short walk to Bad Reichenhall. Communication was great with Claudia, the owner, and all smooth checkingbin and out. Nice size balcony with incredible views!"

"I can’t say enough about this amazing little hotel right on the beautiful lake. Perfect location, incredible staff and delicious food. Extremely accommodating and a big thank you to Receptionist Alex, who was extremely kind, patient and helpful with our stay and plans. The beds were so comfortable and the big modern bathroom was excellent. Parking was not an issue and the breakfast was wonderful. The boat is something you should not miss and the highlight of our stay, hiking lake Obersee. Do not let the complaints about no elevator hold you back if you don’t mind some stairs. Perfect location for the boat and area. I’m so glad we did two nights, we would have done 3 if able. I hope to be back soon! Do not pass this gem."

"A lovely gem of a place and town. Charming, clean and safe area, just lively enough with eateries and shopping. Safe for quiet strolls at night. Locals were friendly and welcoming. And the property itself was immaculately, clean fresh and beautifully styled. Perfect little convenience touches like Nespresso in the lobby and rooms and laundry room available for travelers. We enjoyed the town so much we chose to spend more time here than in Salzburg and wish we had planned more days here! We would definitely return."

Waited 20mins no menu went to another hotel around the corner and they were really good for dinner and friendly. The hotel itself receptionist was very helpful though. Hotel = Good. Restaurant = Below average. Dragged down by service staff."

Room was clean, room furniture was average, Toilet amenities were average, balcony was a nice touch and relaxing, we used the indoor pools which was not heated, outdoor pool was overcrowded. Parking lots are gravel not paved, on busy day parking problem is possible, The campus landscape is well maintained, and very relaxing. Breakfast was very good with lot of options, very enjoyable. However, there is no AC in the rooms. so on a very hot summer day it may be unpleasant. They also dont have elevators which may not be a big deal. Overall our experience of staying at this hotel is good and pleasant."
