"I liked that it was on the water other than that there were no amenities, internet was down so you couldnt.watvh TV or make a phone call. I never received a key so when I left I could not lock the door on top of that the patio doors did not lock. The shower wasnt cleaned and there mud on the bathroom floor. "The renovation is nice- loved the history on the walls- the hot tub and pool was nice. Room walls are very thin could hear everything from the room next to ours… in the middle of the night a smoke detector battery started chirping- called the front desk- said they couldn’t knock on the door unless they called- thankfully they did but took a bit."

"With the wooden doors to the room, it would easily be possible to kick it open. Unfortunately, there is no safety latch inside the room to stop/slow down entry by anyone not welcome into the room. Recommend some safety latches be installed. Other than that, I found the room to be sufficient for my needs and the area was actually quiet."
