"The entire staff was very attentive and helpful. Bartender at night gave good recommendations on drinks and food. Convenient store was directly across the street to one side and a taco stand on the other. The food there was 10/10."

"The staff is outstanding and the location can’t be beat for taking in all the central histórico sites. The hotel balcony restaurant has a view of the Zocolo that can’t be beat. The Jr suite we stayed in was gorgeous with a view overlooking the Zocalo as well. The historical architecture of the hotel lobby is inviting, throw in complementary coffee, soft drinks, water, and snacks; and what’s not to like?!"

"Great hotel! We had an unexpected overnight delay and needed a nice hotel that accepted dogs. We took a taxi from the airport and used the free hotel shuttle to get back to the airport in the morning. Very nice and clean and relaxing. Only wish we’d have had more time to enjoy the pool, etc. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would def stay again! "
