Es una propiedad fantasma, nunca hay nadie en recepcion ni nada, los cuartos son modernos mezcla viejos, el techo del bano se caia a pedazos, y no hay ni toalla, ni nada. El wifi es malisimo

BUEN HOTEL CÉNTRICO Y PLAYERO

El hotel está muy cerca del centro de Benicasim y escasos 10 minutos a la playa en la zona del Trenet y Torreón que está muy bien .

Muy buena relación calidad-precio

Muy bien. Por poner un pero que en la habitación pone que para indicar que la habitación se puede limpiar hay que indicarlo con una tarjeta verde y no existe tal tarjeta , después de varios días, se lo dije por WhatsApp al alojamiento y la limpiaron.

La habitación esta bien, hay lo que se necesita. Estaba todo limpio la chica muy atenta me explicó todo por Whatsapp, porque llegabamos tarde. No hay casi ruido por la noche, a mi personalmente no fue conoda era el colchon, aunque es de buena calidad, se ve que mi cuerpo no esta acostumbrado a ella.

Del establecimiento lo único que me gusto que la zona era tranquila, de fácil aparcamiento y cerca de zona de bares para tomarte algo, por lo demás fatal, limpieza pésima no, lo siguiente, porque todavía no me explico como se puede permitir tanta falta de limpieza y no solo por estar de obras que eso lo puedo entender pero la habitación no tenia porque estar asi tan descuida las puertas si las pinta un niño de cuatro años lo hace mejor, por no hablar que la calefacción no funcionaba por estar taponas las salidas del aire de polvo, no hay armarios tu ropa y tus cosas cuando te vas se quedan a la vista, la lámpara del centro no se para que esta no funciona, la ducha mejor dejarla quieta ya que se sale por todos sitios y mejor no pisarla. Ah y sobre todo lo que me choco mucho también es que en recepción nunca nunca encontrabas a alguien, te dan llave de la habitación, llave de las de toda la vida, y llave de la entrada, y tu entras y sales como si tal cosa, y si los clientes anteriores se hacen copias de esas llaves, y controlan a la gente y cuando salgas se llevan tus cosas, vamos que mejor llévate las cosas por lo que pueda pasar.... por decir algo bueno el colchón, y bueno para pasar una noche, sirve. Es la primera vez que escribo una reseña ya que no somos gente exigente en cuanto hoteles con que este limpio y curioso nos sirve pero esta vez creo que debía hacerlo. Gracias

Very nice Hotel, only 10 minutes walk to the beautiful beach and promenade. The rooms were always nice and clean and the staff is amazing especially the manager Florentina who would go out of her way to make our stay as comfortable and easy as possible and gave us all the information of what to do in town,what to eat and so on. We had a great time.

Ne conseil pas à un français.

Ayant payer la totalité de la nuit sur hotel.com arriver là bas déjà la réceptionniste parle pas d'autre langue à part espagnol et nous fais payer la nuit à nouveau comme quoi on a juste payer la réservation . Sinon le lit étais confortable et la douche un peu petite et l'eau qui coulais au sol. Et demande une facture pour la somme quel me fais payer elle me dis le lendemain a la sortie de l'hôtel. Sauf que ce n'étais pas la même réceptionniste donc elle a dis elle me l'envoi par mail . Mais j'attend toujour

La habitación no es admisible para dormir con bebé

La habitación no tiene espacio para un bebé, las paredes sucias, las instalaciones viejas, no sé cómo se puede recomendar esta habitación , es la última vez que utilizaré Expedia
