"Proximity to the airport ( 5 mins drive to the Terminal 3), chauffeur service ( to and from the airport), hotel porter service to load and unload the bags, good breakfast spread, welcoming staff and a clean lobby and relatively easier check in ( passport, OCI scans etc) process were the highlights of my one overnight stay at the hotel. Once you are in the room, you could see that the furniture and other items do not meet the 5 star hotel standards but still clean. I needed a place to rest before my long journey started and this place was perfect for that. There are multitudes of other less expensive hotels in the area of the above mentioned factors are not important to you."

"Vivanta is located close to MG Road & Brigade Road and it was very convenient. The hotel staff were exceptional, they always greeted us with a smile and the service was excellent. We had young kids and they loved the pool. The food was excellent and Mr. Naidu ensured our glasses were never empty ;) We had a wonderful time."

"Great staff service after a shaky start! We booked a month in advance and explicitly requested non-smoking rooms for our family with kids. Despite this, we arrived late at night to find we were initially placed on a smoking floor, with our group split across three different floors. Getting that sorted after a long travel day was definitely a hassle. However, the staff turned things around the next morning by moving us all onto the same floor. Even better, they successfully recovered and returned some misplaced items to us intact. A huge thank you to the team for fixing the situation and taking such good care of our things!"
