"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The rooms were clean and serviced daily, and there was a wide variety of food available at breakfast, ranging from continental options to local dishes. All of the staff were extremely helpful, and having Bhartiya City Mall located next door was an added bonus. The spa facilities were excellent as well, making it the perfect place for a quiet, leisurely break."

"Several aspects of this hotel are stunning. But most of all, the staff are attentive and respond instantly to any request. The hotel property is kept spotless day and night. The breakfast buffet offerings are diverse to suit all palates and exceptional in quality. The chef goes out of his way to accommodate any special dietary request. Overall, with its unique location next to a shopping mall and an outdoor plaza with a number of other attractions, this is a comfortable and luxurious hotel suitable for all transient business or vacation travelers."

"The property was being refurbished while we were there but they kept this to the absolute minimum impact on guests. We ate in every night which is not something I normally do when staying at a hotels. The food in every one of the onsite restaurants was outstanding. The staff couldn’t be more helpful. The gardens were wonderful, we had the horticultural tour with Hema, the gardens horticulturalist, who explained the various plants and the plans for future plants. The breakfast buffet is one of the best I’ve ever had, it not as big as other hotels but the dishes are exceptional"
