ホテル内は薄暗く日当たりが悪い。部屋は古くカーテンも故障している。洗濯物もとても乾きにくい。 サービスのレベルが低い。朝食付と言うがすべての日程で準備ができていなかった。朝食付というべきでない。清掃係はコップを洗うことを怠っていた。

Very friendly and customer oriented staff, the first room they gave me was not in good condition, on telling them they upgraded me to next category which was much better. The hotel is very well located with easy access to any place in south Bangalore.

AMC Comforts is fairly a home away from home. Staff are very courteous, always willing to not only meet client expectations but exceed it whenever possible. Amenities are fairly decent. AMC Comforts is strategically located close to medical facilities, tourist attractions and other convenient consumer options. My stay with family was pleasant and I really appreciate the staff for making our stay wonderful. One feedback would be to have on-site accessibility option (such as a wheelchair) for mobility-affected persons.

Nice accomodation

The staff at this hotel were outstanding and would do anything they could to help you. I found them to be courteous and non intrusive which I find very important when staying in places like these. Rooms were very clean and are cleaned extensively every day. Breakfast is very Indian orientated but they do have a choice of omelettes which was fine for me seems as I don't eat spicy food. I will be staying here again on my return to Bangalore at Christmas!

Impressive Stay

We stayed at Brigade homestead for 2 nights in a studio apartment.We usually look fro cleanliness,efficient service, food, and quietness when we book hotels, I must say we were very impressed with all of the above at Brigade Homestead. The staff went out of their way to cater for us. We had to go to Puttaparthi from Jayanagar, so the night before the front desk staff and manager were busy making arrangements for us to getaway on time, by getting us Volvo AC bus tickets and because we were leaving early in the morning, the manager and kitchen staff went the extra mile to open the kitchen up for us to have breakfast earlier than usual.The breakfast was delicious, buffet style and the chef would ask what we preferred to have the next morning and he would prepare that dish for us. On our way to Bangalore from Puttaparthi, we made arrangements to have breakfast here and again the service and food was impressive.

Value for Money Large Apartment Comfort for price of Hotel Room

The rooms are large, comfortable, neat and clean. Attached kitchen allows you to either cook or heat the ordered food. Many menu cards of nearby restaurants are in the room for ordering convenience. Breakfast is made in hotel which was basic but of good quality. Getting Auto Rickshaw may be difficult to and from Block 8 of Jayanagar. The property is in a predominantly residential area. Hence quite and peaceful. Metro Work is going on in the city. So keep good margin of time for traffic jams and altered road routes (other than those shown in Google/Expedia Maps)
