"For all the bad reviews that this hotel was getting was because of the old owners! I booked this hotel back in October about for two days for a Bailey Zimmerman! Upon my stay in Bend with my best friend we enjoyed the beautiful decorative room and the staff where so very nice! It was very cleaning when entering check in and it was really cool that they had phablets of local activities you could do in Bend! Thank you for a wonderful time!"

"My husband and I stayed five nights. Our room was cleaned and fresh towels, etc replenished daily. The breakfast variety was excellent and very clean. We loved the pool and hot tub. I used the laundry facilities while we were there and found it convenient and easy to use. Th staff were very helpful. We would stay there again."

"bath room is outdated and dangerous. No hand rails, deep tub. We were at the Best Western in Newbery and in Lakeview at the Best Western over this grduation weekend. Breakfast at Newberry featured what I believewere powdered eggs. We advised the staff we would b gone 2 nites (pre paid) but would return for our final day in Newberry. Imagine our surprize when we returned to find our room NOt serviced! this up as our last visit to BW Newberry"

"The hotel was really nice and clean. We could not get the heater to work for a while but finally figured it out. The coffee bar was not restocked when we checked in and there were no cups in the lobby. When we woke up in the morning it was finally restocked. At 10am the kitchen lady started closing the doors on everyone which felt a little uncomfortable and not welcoming. The pool was pretty small but it is a small hotel. Overall I had a good stay and would stay again. I think that with how many...
