We had a lovely time on our family holiday and enjoyed the facilities of this 4 star hotel. The rooms though dated are still well appointed and are due to be upgraded this winter. Would consider going back as long as the upgrades don’t increase the price too much. Special mention to the panorama bar, terraza and tiki bar

Great stay in the Sunset Beach!! Abit overwhelming when you get there because it is mental busy but it is all part of the experience. There is loads to do and we barely saw the kids. The room is tiny but you are never really there. The staff are all fantastic and made the trip

Overall we had a lovely stay here. I think that the dinner buffet experience and options could be improved upon but breakfast was nice. As a couple we felt that the hotel is definitely more of a family friendly environment but still enjoyed ourselves. Staff were all so nice and welcoming, and the amenities in the hotel are brilliant (supermarket is well stocked, lots of things going on, onsite salon/massages etc)
