"This was our first trip to Vietnam and we could not be more pleased with our stay at Bon Ami. From the moment we arrived the staff was beyond helpful in making sure we adjusted. The complimentary breakfast was OUTSTANDING, it was a full buffet of Vietamese food. The food was delicious, we left every morning fueled to start the day. When we came back to the hotel there was a drink stand - highly suggest trying the passion fruit drink prepared fresh for you. The real saving moment was when staff person Anna(cao) helped me communicate with our next hotel, which was not answering. She was so savvy and helpful and did not give up even when it was a real struggle. She was able to contact the hotel and make sure we had transport from the airport to our next stay. ABOVE and beyond! (Also the bell boy helped up secure the 20% discount for our grab rides). I will definitely stay here again next time we are in Ho Chi Minh City. Thank you Bon Ami for an amazing 4 day stay."
