"We regularly stay at this hotel while in BH for a day or two when visiting the wife's family...Good opportunity to relax for a night before heading home. They've been through a few ownerships over the years (and some renovations were being undertaken in the dining area, so jackhammering during the day....Thank God not at night)....Breakfast and overall service was good, staff not overly friendly with smiles but adequate."

"Staff was friendly and accommodating. As an English speaker there were some “misunderstandings” about the price and some unpleasant surprises at checkout. Be sure you know the cost befor purchases. Or pay at time of purchase."

"This property really matter needs well. One strange thing was that they had two big desks in the main room rather than couches, but we didn’t have any need for couches, so it was not a problem. Desks were great to set luggage on."

"As acomodações do hotel são boas, porém, o ar refrigerado não funcionava direito, o telefone é como se não existisse. Não tinha toalhas de banho nos quartos e depois de insistentes reclamações, mandaram entregar as toalhas molhadas e fedidas. O frigobar vazio e desligado. O hóspede tinha que descer até a recepção do hotel e pegar, na geladeira, o que precisasse (eram poucas as opções) e assinar a comanda. Não havia nenhum copo no quarto. E tudo isso, não era só no meu quarto, eram em todos....

"The hotel staff need a bit of a pick-me-up. Smiles and customer service training should be taught and implemented! The floors of the rooms were really filthy. Pool not open. Breakfast bar so-so. I've stayed at cheaper hotels in BH with better quality all-around."
