Lugar muito bom mas mal aproveitado

Poderia ter sido melhor, muitas camas e pouco espaço. A academia que está descrita aqui no app como disponível, me disseram que não poderia utilizar pois é do proprietário para aulas particulares, mesmo estando aberta e com teia em alguns aparelhos... também só avisam depois, por email, que o "estacionamento" disponível é a calçada/patio. No mais, parece ser uma boa estadia para quem busca um ponto próximo do centro noturno, se estivesse a passeio teria curtido mais. A academia e o estacionamento foram duas coisas que me decepcionaram muito por não poder utilizar um e o outro não ser de verdade, ambos deveriam ser removidos da lista de comodidades.

Volta Internacional da Pampulha

A localização é excelente para quem foi participar da volta internacional da Pampulha. Os funcionários trabalham com roupas comuns, sendo difícil identificá-los. Como nesse fds a maioria dos hóspedes eram atletas o pessoal poderia ter liberado o café da manhã mais cedo. A funcionária que estava organizando o café da manhã estava de mau humor, trabalhava de pijama e era "rude" quando alguém tentava pegar algo para comer antes do horário estabelecido para o café da manhã. Não tem nenhum tipo de bolo e tem apenas um tipo de biscoito. Os hóspedes precisam lavar a louça após o café. O preço cobrado subiu mais de 100% por causa do evento. Só me hospedaria novamente se não tiver outra opção.

As áreas comuns eram ok, mas o quarto uma grande bagunça. Tudo tinha cara de largado. Os armários não tinham chave. Havia itens pessoais de outros hospedes espalhado por toda parte, roupas e calcinhas molhados (encharcados) nos banheiros. A sensação que tive é de que não há regras e nem gerenciamento.

Ótima localização, ambiente familiar.

Pontos principais: atendimento e localização - encostado à Lagoa da Pampulha em lado oposto à Igreja de São Francisco de Assis. Camas (beliche) com colchões ótimos. Se o hostel não estiver com muitas pessoas no quarto compartilhado, sem dúvida a estadia será melhor; tive sorte porque o quarto possui doze camas (seis beliches) e fiquei praticamente sozinho durante minha estadia. Na minha opinião, doze pessoas é muita gente. Enfim, cada um com suas avaliações.

Três dias muito legais, tivemos alguns imprevistos com quarto, mas no geral foi otimo!

Assim que cheguei ao hostel fiquei bastante decepcionado, pois o atendente cobrou um preço quase 50% superior ao preço que eu havia fechado pelo hoteis.com e disse que a política do hostel era o hóspede pagar o preço integral no check-in. Como eu estava cansado devido a viagem não discuti sobre, porém fiquei os 4 dias desconfortável por ter pago um preço bastante superior ao que já estava fechado e que havia me programado. Além disso, foi cobrado um preço por fora pelo aluguel do cadeado para colocar as roupas no armário, e o café da manhã era bastante simples e precário. Havia o risco de chegar tarde e já não ter mais pão, por exemplo. A hospedagem só não foi péssima devido a convivência com os demais hóspedes. O ambiente em si não é ruim, é limpo, confortável e agradável, o que me deixou insatisfeito foi principalmente a cobrança indevida feita pela gestão.
