After settling in we noticed the water pumps for all the rooms seemed to be behind our room, so quite noisy. We spoke to reception and they helpfully changed our room. Thank you so much

"The room was adequate and clean, and check-in was fast and easy. However, it was very noisy — the bathroom fan wouldn’t turn off and ran loudly all night, and being right by the freeway with thin windows meant I heard traffic the whole time. There was also a strong fresh paint smell in the hallway. ..."

"Close to public transportation which is great. The room could have been nicer though. Had a bit of an odd smell. Staff was very friendly but the room needed a bit of work (loose ceiling fan, broken doorframe in the bathroom, shower door that did not completely close)."
