"It’s not up to par with all the other Home2suites. Dirty carpet in room, also a dirty rag left by our sink. Weird. Won’t stay here again. Breakfast was awful."

The way to the airport was fine, but upon our return, we called the number provided to let them know our flight had been delayed (call at 9:06PM) and to make sure we’d still be okay for the shuttle. "Check in was very fast the guy at the front desk was nice and polite. Rooms very clean . The breakfast was normal but they are option close by . Overall nice place to stay and the price is affordable."

"Everything was average. Customer service was baseline, but every response seemed to mention "booking through a 3rd party app", as though that made us less of a guest. "

"The lobby is being remodeled so there is no access to it; the picture on the website should be removed or this should be noted. However, check in was quick/efficient. Parking was adequate. The entrance to the halls smells heavily of smoke, etc. Thankfully the room did not smell of smoke. The TV was unavailable through the rain. Bedding, towels, toiletries were adequate. The shower provided only extremely hot water making it unusable. The AC worked properly."

"The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially Carol. The room was clean. Breakfast was great! The atmosphere at the hotel was warm and friendly. I will definitely stay here again."

"Pictures online are not accurate and area is not safe. Check in desk isn’t even at Red Lion, it’s at the Radisson. The building is very old, the rooms are outdated and the AC was not working on multiple floors. Requested a new room and was moved onto the same floor with same AC issues. Ended up not staying and going to South End Holiday Inn & Suites instead."
