"Non smoking room was smoke smell. Outside my window broken down air conditioner units. All night drug activity and fighting. Stayed on 2nd floor with people screaming in hallway. Went to room on Sunday pretty much a swat team kicking a guy out of 3rd floor room. Room was very old worn. We switched to another hotel due to the area and the hotel clientele. We travel a lot and this was a horrible experience. Just seeing police and drug addicts outside enough for us."

"One of the two elevators did not work at all. So long waits to use the elevator.
Thin walls. Could hear people in neighboring room talking and one wretching with a stomach illness late at night. Facility needs some refurbishing. Parking was advertised as "free" on Expedia, but the hotel tried to charge me for parking. K-cups for in-room morning coffee should have been replenished as to be available for the next morning. I give this hotel a C-/D+ grade."
