Hotel and room was generally clean, but our room had numerous issues with fixtures including bath fixtures in disrepair, mismatched lamp lights, sink that had to be manually drain, bath fan switch not working.

I was very disappointed during my stay: there was a heavy smoke smell throughout the property, the staff was disengaged/not helpful and they did not have coffee available for breakfast in the morning.

Very nice spacious room. Comfortable bed. Elevator worked good every time. Breakfast was good, especially the omelettes!! And the pool was heated nicely!

The staff was excellent, courteous, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok, same thing everyday, limited choices, didn't like the coffee, etc. Bed was comfortable but room needed a thorough cleaning and a couple lights had burned out bulbs. Overall ok but staff made up for hotel shortcomings.

Good stay
The internet password wouldn’t work and neither did the phone in the room. The breakfast was great, parking and check in process was easy. The bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean with good water pressure

Staff was great. Breakfast was good. Area is safe. Limited dining options. Hotel needs an upgrade. Furniture is old compared to other holiday express locations. Had to change sheets as there were stains.

Safety and amenities could have been better.
Friendly recieptionist right off the bat! Loved her! Checked in quickly and received our special requests. Room was clean and roomy for 2 adults and a 17 year old. However, the swing lock on the door was broken, the exhaust fan in the bathroom was broken, and the beds were hard as could be. You could even hear the springs screeching when you went to lay down. There was also no clock in our room and not enough charging stations for 3 people with all of our devices. The breakfast buffet had many choices. The egg and cheese omelet was surprisingly good! However, the pancake machine was on the fritz, " as usual" as the attendant said! Ugg. The Snack store, Open 24 hours, was less than to be desired, with little to choose from. But, the prices were very reasonable. Would stay here again if I had to because of location and customer service. But, I would make sure the room was up to par!

I do apologize but unfortunately, there are no fans in the rooms, they are just vents. We have fixed the squeaky doors. We are looking forward to our remodel in a few months as well.

My room was a mess. Stains on the carpets and bed linens, cracks in the walls and ceiling, dust on almost every surface and whatever surfaces weren’t dusty were smeared with cleaning product. Half the lights in my room didn’t work and the fire alarm was hanging off the ceiling. Beds were made so messily that I wasn’t sure they had even been washed and replaced since the last person stayed there. I don’t expect everything to be perfect and I try to be understanding when things aren’t as expected, but the whole place felt pretty gross and I won’t be staying there again.

Close to relatives. Breakfast selection was pretty good other than the fact that they did not have any fruit. I was told that it goes to waste, so the manager didnt order any. The fruit sign should be taken down and the display area should be removed,

This hotel does not seem to own a vacuum. The elevator had food crumbs in it and that trailed all the way to our first room that was covered in pretzel Crumbs and a sticky bathroom floor. The beds were poorly made. The second room we requested was better, but we found townail clippings on the carpet. YUCK!

My husband and I were visiting my daughter and decided last minute to stay another night and the staff was amazing in helping us get another night. Both rooms we stayed in were very clean and spacious. We will definitely be staying here every time we come visit her.

Nice hotel
The price and room were great. Had a bit of an issue with an early check in attempt. We showed up early to check in. The first lady was very kind and looked to see if she could find a room for us, but it was not looking good. She asked another lady (assuming a manager?) to assist. She was not as friendly or helpful at all and informed us we were arriving before check-in (we knew!), our room was not ready, and we were not getting an upgrade (we did ask for one). After that we left and came back in the evening and the checkin was just fine. I just think there is a better way to it, with the same results - But everyone with a smile on their face.

Very convenient without being in a high traffic area. I was visiting my grandkids and was able to have them spend the night and go swimming. The staff was very nice and the breakfast was great. I had stayed other places in the past but will now be staying here every year.
