Expedia booked the wrong property. They booked us in another state with this hotel which is the same name. We lost money trying to fix the reservation which the property wouldn't waive the one night fee. Never again!

I was impressed with the cleanliness. I also liked laminate floors rather than carpet. It felt cleaner. We stayed on the weekend and it was very quiet.

The smoke detector was disconnected, wires hanging out of wall. Empty beer cans in the dresser drawers. No towel hooks near spa tube. No handles to get in and out of spa tube. No carpeting just vinyl tile on ice cold concrete floor. Heater was either always on 'too hot' or off got too cold.. Never will stay there again.

We ended up staying 2 nights and come to find out they do not conduct housekeeping until you have stayed 3 nights. They would if you request it. But, we are never informed this upon check in, nor is it posted anywhere informing anyone of this policy. The water pressure is less than desirable when taking a shower. Then the tv is way too small for a room of this size. The ice machine was broken and appeared to be broken for some time before we got there. Then the final straw was on our second night they allowed kids to run up and down the hall and slam doors. They did not care that this was occuring betwen the hours of 12 am and 2 am. We would not recommend.

We apologize for any inconvenience but we do have a sign posted at the front desk saying if you need housekeeping service, please let us know the day before by 8pm and we will make it happen. We are sorry about the ice machine but we do have another ice machine at the property so hope you knew about it during your stay. Please inform us right away if there is any noise and we will take care of it right away and I apologize for the inconvenience that has caused you.

The room was clean and bright. The problem was the noise level. We had a room with the option to be adjoining to the room next to it. Because during a remodel, carpet was removed and wood floors installed, there is a visible gap under the door between the rooms. We had an early morning coming and, unfortunately, our neighbors had a late night. They may as well have been in the room with us it was so loud.

Maid needs training!
Check in was ok, wouldn’t let us split room charge on two different cards. Room… floor was not clean. Breakfast cereal on floor from previous guest. And linens where very dirty. I told front desk. They said housekeeping would be in late morning. We left and came back to beds that were made with same dirty linens. I left them out and in open so they could see the issue. Floor still dirty. A family member put the dirty linens in the hall. Saying you can’t sleep in that it is gross! Maid came by and said did I have a problem. I said look at this… she did and responded the boss will not let her change them with every guest. I said I understand that but change it if it is dirty! And please give me broom because this floor is bery dirty. She said I just cleaned it. I then ask if it was cleaned why is there still cereal on the floor from the guest before us? She just stared at me and handed me the broom.

No Elevator
Hotel seemed newly remodeled. Photos are correct. Hotel seemed lightly staffed. The biggest problem is that the hotel does not have an elevator and sells its second floor rooms without notification of such.

Nice room, but incorrect number of beds.
The biggest issue was we were promised 2 queen beds in our room and we were given 1 king. The bathroom door wasn't able to lock because the door was installed wrong, our key stopped working and we had to walk around the building to get in and had to get a new key. The receptionist didn't check us in properly and called our room freaking out which didn't make us feel comfortable spending our money. A positive though, the design of the room is really nice, just everything else was a disorganized mess.

Everything was good, clean, up to date, staff was friendly. Needs art on walls to absorb sound though. Also room service started vacuuming at 8:15 AM and came knocking at 8:45.... check out isn't until 11. What if we were still sleeping?

The sheets were dirty. When asked to have the linen changed. They told me no housekeeping on duty. I tild them put clean sheets in my room ill change them myself. When changing the sheet, discovered the comforter was stained and gross.

There was no room service. Staff stated there were multiple weddings for the time we stayed so no one to provide room service. Also, the bathroom and shower were dirty from previous guests and underwear were hanging from the curtain rod. The staff was immediately notified and all they said was sorry for the inconvenience. No service recovery was offered
