"Staff was very courteous but the hallways on the 4 th floor were dilapidated and in need of serious repairs. It’s a beautiful location and a grand colonial hotel which is a national treasure. It’s sad that the rooms and plumbing are in pretty bad shape. I would love to stay there again provided the bathrooms, tge plumbing and the hallway conditions are improved "
