"Front desk was downright rude, even after learning we were there for a funeral. Another front desk gal even tried to tell me how much time I’d need to be ready for check out when she knew nothing about our family. Couch had food on it and blankets had stains. Hot tub was out of order. Not worth what was spent. "

The front desk closed from 10pm until 9am, so if the guest needs something he can’t reach out to the hotel staff.
